Congress ideology will ruin the country: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday lashed at Congress party for observing for protest ‘Black Money Day’ during which his effigies would be burnt around the country and said only dishonest are crying hoarse over demonetisation.

“Let Congress leaders burn my effigies but I won’t deter from my fight against corruption as I am a disciple of Sardar Patel,” he said while a massive rally at Rait in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh.
He likened Congress with termite which has weakened the system with deep rooted corruption and called on the people of the state to wipe-out the party from roots to get rid of it forever.

“Congress party’s wrong policies and decaying ideology will ruin the the country if they are not wiped out from country,” he said.

He said the drubbing the party is facing was the result of their wrongdoings over the years and in coming years, Congress will not be visible even through the magnifying glass.

He said the party has left Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh alone on his fate, rather hanged on his fate.
The Prime Minister said Congress seems to have been taking some sort revenge from Singh as he is single handedly leading poll campaign and no big Congress leader is coming to Himachal for election campaign.

“It seems that the party has already conceded defeated as there seems to be no opposition in poll battle,” he said.

He said BJP is getting overwhelming response from the people of the state and it reflects as to which way the wind was blowing.
He called on the people of the state to vote for BJP in polls and said that the people should give thumping three-fourth majority to the party to root out Congress from power.

He criticized the Congress government in Himachal for not discontinuing the interviews for recruitment to Class-III and IV jobs. It shows the real face of the party which promises zero tolerance against corruption.

He said under former chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, the state will flourish in leaps and bounds and the pace of development would be developed in the state.
