HPSSC screening test result of Tourist Information Officer

Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the result of Written Objective Type Screening Test for the recruitment of 05 posts {General(UR)=03, OBC(UR)=01 & SC(UR)=01} of Tourist Information Officer (on contract basis) Post Code: 558. These posts were received from department of Tourism & Civil Aviation HP, and advertised vide advertisement No. 32-3/2016 dated 18th October, 2016.
In response to this advertisement, in all 3424 applications were received and out of which 2825 provisionally admitted.

Staff Selection Commission , Hamirpur today declared the result of Skill Test (Shorthand & Typing) conducted w.e.f. 23.08.2017 to 26.08.2017 for 90 posts {{General(UR)=56, General(BPL)=04, General(W.Ex.Men)=02, OBC(UR)=10, OBC(BPL)=01, OBC(W.Ex.Men)=01, SC(UR)=12, SC(W.Ex.Men)=01, ST(UR)=02, & ST(W.Ex.Men)=01} of Steno-typist (on regular & contract basis) Post Code: 482.
28 posts were received from various departments of Himachal Pradesh and were advertised vide advertisement No. 32-2/2016 dated 20th May, 2016. Later on 62 posts of similar nature received in different spells from some other departments of Himachal Pradesh were clubbed with the already advertised posts.
On the basis of Written Objective Type Screening Test held on 25th April,2017 total 345 candidates were called for Skill Tests (Shorthand & Typing) conducted w.e.f. 23.08.2017 to 26.08.2017. Out of these 345 candidates, 293 appeared in the skill test and 52 remained absent. Out of 293 candidates appeared in the skill tests, 02 candidates bearing Roll No. 482000950 & 482000963 did not appear in Shorthand test.
Out of 293 candidates, 80 candidates who qualified the skill tests bearing the following Roll Nos in their respective categories have been short listed for further selection process i.e. evaluation process on the basis of merit of written objective type screening test.
